All restrictions have now been eased. Classes are running in person. Those with covid must isolate, attend class online, and return in person only when they've tested negative.
As part of the governments 'Living with Covid' plan class location will be fluid throughout each term. This means that, classes may move online, and back in person, at any point throughout a term if deemed necessary.
IN PERSON CLASSES - These will run when in Level's 1-3
1. SOCIAL DISTANCING - All Students/Staff will be seated with a 2 metre social distance from each other.
2. TEMPERATURE CHECKS - All Student/Staff temperature checks upon every arrival at the school. (Those who have a high temperature will not be allowed to enter).
3. HAND SANITISING - All Students/Staff will be required to sanitise their hands on entering the school.
4. FACE COVERING - All must wear a covering when arriving, exiting, and moving around the building. These can be removed when seated at the 2 metre distance for class.
5. DECLARATION - All Students/Staff will be asked to make a declaration in terms of their health, and possible covid-19 contacts at every arrival to the school.
ONLINE CLASSES - These will run when in Level's 4-5
ActorsVision have implemented a simple online system for the continued provision of classes during the coming months if necessary.
The app used for this system is free to use for students without an additional subscription fee.
Online Class will come in to being for the following reasons:
1. Where Government restrictions dictate the closure of physical classes, all courses will switch to online classes for the duration of these restrictions.
2. Where a student has to self-isolate due to covid-19 infection, possible infection, or possible contact with an infected person, said student will be allowed to attend class online during their period of isolation.
